Curriculum Manager: used to manage the academic curriculum to include course and major management. Outputs are an electronic Curriculum Catalog and traditional curriculum catalog.
Enrollment Manager: used to advise students, perform degree audits, manage deficient students and to manage course capacity and capability.
Scheduler: used to schedule students against various constraints.
Term End Scheduler: used to offer and schedule term end exams.
End of Term Management: used to manage the grades submission process, calculate quality point averages and resolve grade disputes.
Graduate Services: used to service transcript requests to include billing and printing of transcripts.
Department Operations: used to manage the department curriculum and course director/instructor assignment.
Advisor: used to advise a student, run a degree audit and registrar to students for classes.
Instructor: used to view course rosters, report attendance and view additional student information.
Grades: used to view course rosters, create graded event templates, manage grades and submit final grades to the Registrar.
Student Information System: used by students to manage personnel information, registrar for courses, create an academic plan and to view course schedules, grades and academic summary.
System Administrator Module: can be used to control module access, view application usage, manage users passwords and track system change requests.
